CORVETTE: COMPLETELY STACKED!
We recently spent an afternoon with this beautiful 1971 Chevrolet Corvette. Featuring a fully built, high compression 383 cubic inch hydraulic roller engine topped with 8-stack induction; this one is at a different level!
Frank originally reached out to us in 2020 for a remote Holley EFI tuning session.
We spent a few hours making sure the engine was happy with fuel delivery and had a proper timing curve applied. After some street miles and datalog review, she was ready to roll all summer. Fast forward to this spring, Frank reached out to us again and decided to drive in from Ohio for an on-site calibration.
So why 8-Stack you ask? Because it’s DAMN COOL!
While our remote tuning service is convenient and allows us to dial in engines while being thousands of miles away, we prefer in person calibration to become one with the engine. These 8-Stack induction systems can be tricky to get dialed in being that you’re essentially working with eight individual throttle bodies that are all open at the same time.
